Safety / Medical Courses
Soteria Defense Safety and Medical Courses are classroom courses to increase your safety, awareness, core competencies, or serve your organization.
These courses are available for anyone including course signups here, or private courses for your group or organization. These courses can be taught anywhere, we only need a classroom with PowerPoint. Having said that, our courses are interactive with student handouts with high quality instructor interactions.
De-escalation, conflict resolution, crisis response & mitigation
This course teaches you how to maintain safety by recognizing conflict, engaging in de-escalation and resolution, and when necessary how to safely and appropriately respond to a crisis and mitigate the risk of a combative person – with 4 hour certification!
Bleeding Control & Stop The Bleed – 4 hour classroom only
This course includes concepts of both Tactical Casualty Care (TCC) from our CAEMSA approved course and Stop The Bleed. This is a 4 hour classroom only course with a 4 hour “Bleeding Control / Stop The Bleed” certification.
Tactical Casualty Care (TCC) – Pre-hospital Trauma Care
8 hour classroom only – Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) / First Responder Operational (FRO) / Active Shooter Response.
California EMSA, LEMSA, NAEMT & C-TECC approved.
Medical CE hours – 8 hour certification.
