Soteria Defense is a subsidiary of Soteria Analytic Solutions LLC, a registered California entity. Soteria is a fully ensured organization including General Liability, and liability insurance for the courses we offer. Our cadre and consultants are also individually insured, and vetted by years of knowledge and previous work history. 

Customer Satisfaction: 

We know what it takes to provide high quality instruction and meet the intent of training programs with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Having said that, if there are any concerns at any time we’ll do the best we can to make it right with our customers.

Contracts / Waivers: 

All training to groups or organizations is conducted by written contract. All individual training is conducted within the scope of hold harmless / liability waivers. We consider these confidential in nature.

Data and Information: 

We respect Personal Identifying Information (PII), we will never disclose or sell your information for any reason. 

Legal Disclaimer:

We expect that all persons engaging in training and legally qualified to do so, with no disqualifications or circumstances that would preclude them from training. We expect that all firearms and equipment are lawfully owned in appropriate legal configurations, and that you are not disqualified from firearms ownership. 

Cooperation with law enforcement & legal requests:

We will cooperate with any legal requests and any requests from law enforcement agencies. 

US Citizen Required:

We comply with The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You must be a US Citizen or ITAR qualified person to participate in training.
