Lunch / Hydration

Most range facilities do not have food concessions – bring enough food and water for the training day. We do not leave the training site for lunch.

Conduct:

We believe in empowering people through diversity, team building, and leadership. Soteria facilitates resilient and productive cultures resulting in robust and sustainable organizations. You can expect a high degree of professionalism from our cadre with core concepts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and we expect the same from everyone engaging our business or enrolling in courses.

Reasonable Accommodations:

Our training is realistic and can be challenging depending on the subject matter. We want everyone to have a positive experience but we are also ethically bound to ensure anyone completing our training has met reasonable standards of performance. Diplomas and certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of courses, if you don’t qualify you don’t receive accreditation and you are not eligible for a refund.

Prerequisites:

Courses with indicated prerequisites are non-negotiable. They exist for your safety, for the quality of the training program, and for the training experience of everyone on the course. If you bamboozle your experience and can’t perform you’ll be sent home. This is not punitive, it is for your safety and the safety of everyone in the training program.

Safety Violations:

Safety is the most important aspect of any training program. We have in-depth safety rules, an emergency action plan, and in-depth safety brief. Safety violations will result in removal from a course. This is not punitive, it is for your safety and the safety of everyone in the training program.

Refunds:

We’ll work with you for reasonable accommodations in regard to refunds. We will issue refunds for training not conducted for groups or individuals with a minimum notice of ten (10) business days for groups and five (5) business days for individuals. Refunds may also be issued in the event of emergencies, disasters, illness, etc. Refunds are issued within three (3) business days to the original payment method or by check or wire transfer. We can also hold your credit on file for a future class. We reserve the right to retain a 10% administrative fee in addition to any actual expenses incurred (including but not limited to training development, contract engagement, legal fees, unrecoverable expenses or travel expenses identified to you, etc.).
